Catfink Creative is the sole owner and copyright holder of all images and content published on this website, all rights reserved. They may not be used, distributed, sold, reproduced or modified, wholly or partially, by any means without the owner’s express permission.

I know people who would love your work. Can I share it with them?

While we really appreciate you spreading the word about our work, please be respectful and responsible when sharing online. It’s important to always credit Catfink Creative, include links back to the original content and never alter our images in any way. And remember, if in doubt just give us a shout. Thank you.

I really love your work and would like to use it. Can I do so?

If you would like to use any of our work, for example, to accompany an article or blog post, to create promotional material, or if you’d like to stock any of our products etc., then please get in touch with us here to have a chat about licensing arrangements.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account. You can pay using your debit or credit card by clicking the “Proceed to PayPal” button and then selecting the “Pay by card” option.

Commissions/Personalised Items

  • All commissions are subject to payment of a deposit of 30%. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE except where an order has been cancelled within 24 hours of the deposit being received or if we are unable to fulfill your request. Any orders cancelled after that time, for which full payment has been received, will be refunded minus the deposit.
  • Completed commissions will only be shipped once payment has been received in full.
  • Payments will only be accepted through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account. Simply select the option to pay using your debit/credit card in the payment link you received in your email. All payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not see or store your card details on our website.

Refunds and Returns

I’ve changed my mind. Can I cancel/return my order?

Yes you can. With the exception of commissions and personalised items you can cancel your order at any time within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us to cancel your order and arrange for its return. You have a further 14 days from the date you inform us of a cancellation to return the item to us. Items must be returned to us unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. Except where an item is faulty/damaged or received in error, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning the item to us. We cannot accept the return of commissions or personalised items.

I made a mistake and need to change my order. Help!

That’s okay. Just contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll be happy to help you change it. Please also make sure your delivery details are correct as once orders are ready for dispatch we are unable to make any changes.

My order is faulty/damaged. What do I do?

While we take great care to ensure your order is protected and packaged securely, in the unlikely event it arrives in a damaged condition please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, giving as much detail about the issue as possible. Please also include photographs of the item and it’s packaging.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will only be made by the original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days* for refunds to be processed.
  • If a commission or personalised item is damaged we will replace it for you or partially refund the cost minus the 30% deposit.
  • We cannot accept the return of commissions or personalised items.

Dispatch Times

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days*.

For commissions or personalised items please allow 10 to 14 working days* for completion. These times may vary depending on workload.

Delivery Times

All orders are sent by standard post via An Post to the delivery address provided to us by the customer. Please make sure the delivery details you provide at the time of ordering are correct. We are not responsible for the non-delivery or late arrival of orders due to incorrect details. In the event orders are returned to us due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of re-posting the order.

  • Ireland – 1-2 working days*.
  • U.K. – 3-7 working days*.
  • Europe – 3-7 working days*.
  • International – 3-7 working days*.

Above delivery times are for standard post. Orders by standard post are not tracked. If you require tracking or express delivery then please contact us prior to ordering and we’ll be happy to arrange that for you. Please Note: International customers are responsible for paying any customs or other related charges that may apply in their country.

*“Working Days” are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Gift Cards

How long is my gift card valid for?

Catfink Creative gift cards have no expiry date.

How long will it take to receive my gift card?

Catfink Creative gift cards are sent directly to the recipient by email. When buying a gift card, simply enter the email address of the person you wish to send it to along with your message (optional) and click the “add to cart” button. Once we have processed your order and marked it complete the gift card will be sent to the intended recipient. All in stock items are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days.

My Gift Card order has been processed but the recipient hasn’t received it. Help!

Don’t worry. After your order has been processed, sometimes the email containing the gift card can take a little while to show in the recipient’s inbox. If it hasn’t appeared after an hour, first of all please check the spam folder. Occasionally, email service providers can put legitimate emails in there or block them altogether. If the gift card is still nowhere to be found please contact us with your order number and we’ll get it sorted for you.

Can I redeem my gift card online?

Yes. Simply enter the card number in the gift card box on the checkout page and proceed to payment.

Can I use my gift card to pay for a commissioned work, personalised item or an original artwork?

Yes you can. Just remember to quote the card number at the time of ordering/purchase.

Can I use my gift card to buy another gift card?

No. You cannot use a gift card to purchase a gift card.
